Production of Germanium
Germanium polycrystalline zone refined (GPZ), as well as Germanium monocrystalline and Germanium-containing chemical products aare manufactured both on the production capacities of our strategic partners (in Russia, China, Ukraine) and on our own production in Novomoskovsk.
The main raw materials are Germanium concentrate and grinding waste from our facility, where Germanium blanks are manufactured. As a raw materials could be used also optical scrap, technical germanium dioxide, wastes of Bismuth Germanate production, solar cell batteries, optical fiber etc.
