Germanium wafers
We are glad to announce that we are now offering germanium wafers for international clients.
Our expertise in germanium material and crystal pulling ensures meeting any specific requirement on material parameters and crystal orientation.
While Class 10 cleanroom and modern CMP equipment helps us to provide a high quality epi-ready surface as well as very smooth double-sided polishing.
100% of our wafers are both visually and technically inspected and then sealed in high purity inert gas. You can always check all the measurment results for you particular wafers by entering its unique serial number in our database (link provided with a shipment docs).
In case you need your wafers urgently, we have commonly used wafers in stock ready for an immediate shipment.
